Hi Im a busy mom of 3. I gained about 30 pounds after my last baby and never bothered to lose the baby weight. I am hoping to find some helpful and friendly people here!
What type of eating and exercise plan are you planning to follow, do you know? There's probably a forum for it, so have a look around, and post where ever you feel comfortable!

I am not on any plan or following any specific diet. I just have cut out all the junk for the most part, and am trying to eat much healthier. I also have started to work out again and feel so good!! I have been at this about a month now and forgot how good you feel when you work out all the time!
