New girl...

  • Hi all! I'm new! I've enjoyed this website for quite a while and decided to jump in... I need help losing some 'winter weight' that I've been revolving for the past few months...

    A little about me - Happily Married Mom of 2! Working full time - Sitting on my tush all day long... I try to live a healthy lifestyle.. Lacto-ovo vegetarian -but with a passion for peanut butter... On the up side I actually enjoy exercise.

    I'd like to get some perspective on why I have a little food party every day when I get home from work - and how I can break this bad habit..

    I have done Weight Watchers in the past (Flex Points) and still TRY to incorporate the logic into the choices I put in my mouth..

    Looking forward to spring and feeling comfortable in my skin.... (fingers crossed)
