10 in 5 challenge !(again)

    someone who seems to no longer be with us started this idea, but its now over so i thought i would start again for another 5 weeks to see how close i can get to the 10 lb mark.. anyone is welcome to join.

    I will fill in start weigh and 5 week goal tomorrow b/c im a sat. weigher and will be week 1 for me.
  • 10 lbs in 5 weeks would be fabulous. It might be stretching it a little bit for me (last week I only lost 1 lb)... but I can give it a shot.

    thanks for doin this with me its more about the support and self discipline than anything else. like i said, i did the first round ending tomorrow& as i now ive only lost 3 but i can tell you that taking the challenge has obviously kept me on track&thats all that counts.

    what day do you wi on? if youve already weighed you can fill it in. i didnt bc i dont wi until tomorrow.

  • I think this thread is a great idea!! So, I've hit a bit of a plateau...I've been sitting at about 150-51 for probably 3 or 4 weeks now. Any tips? Possible things I could be doing wrong? All would be appreciated! I would love to lose 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks!

  • Andrea- I weigh in on wednesdays. I think this is an awesome idea. I have a cruise I am going on, and I want to lose as much weight as possible before then. We leave on May 18th. If I can lose 10 in 5, and actually stick to it, it would make a huge difference in how I look when that cruise rolls around. I already got my bathing suit, and I love it now- but it would look so much better on me if I were like 15 lbs thinner by the time I get to use it

    whats up? rabbit-i hear ya but ya know what, any loss would be great by ten evenif its n ot alot. the reason i do it is i purposely set high goals in hopes that at the end ill lose at least half which in my case would be about 5 lbs whereas i might not get 5 if i set my goal @ 5. io know that sounds stupid, but it works for me. i did round one and lose 4 1/4 in the 5 weeks.

    bunny sure i can help what plan are you following?
