DDs birthday party at the skating rink went very well yesterday. It was just a crazy day for me, getting her from cheerleading to there with friends visiting unexpexted in between. I was on my feet literally the entire day, did not get to sit down until after 8PM when we got back home. I didn't get my exercise in though, so it's my day off for this week. She got a TON of gifts, it looks like Christmas all over again in our house today as hubby gets them all out of those boxes.
I started my 365 day challenge all over yesterday
I am disappointed I didnt' make it the first time around, but the second will work. I did some tweaking on my plan and kept going in my journal, just started with day one again. I'll do better this time, I am determined.

Quick breakfast items in my house are boiled eggs which I boil the night before, yogurt, cottage cheese and fruit, or since I don't like any other breakfast foods, a lot of days i just have regular food like a sandwich or something. Food is food and it doesn't have to be typical breakfast foods just because it's morning. You will get going on your plan and have it tweaked to your lifestyle in time, just keep trying and playing with new ideas.

Beverly--SO true on treating yourself as good as you would a friend. I need to remember that one.
