I am going to resume Phase One for a while. I am following the official website version which only says to have 1/2 c of plain fat free yogurt and/or 2 TB fat free, low fat milk (he recommends with our coffee). I am a milk drinker and this has been especially difficult for me. I have been able to wean myself down to 10 oz of skim milk per day but even that is too much for Phase One.
I appreciate your added help in this area.
I hope, I will get back to where I started with this plan and will do it
exactly as it is meant to be. I wasn't far off but as you can tell, I am both earnest and sincere in my desire to follow the plan so the plan will work for me. If I don't, then I only have myself to blame!
