Same story for me, Irish. I've been both higher than last friday and lower than today during the time inbetween. I'm committed to staying on track this week. I'll have some wine with my family when I visit this weekend, but nothing else splurgy. I'm tired of wiggling around in the same 2 pound range.

I do my "official" weigh in on Thursday mornings, so that was what it said yesterday, I actually weighed in at 209 this morning but I'm not counting on it staying there. Good job girlies!
That is okay. I had a crazy week at work and did not work out at all. Had a celebration dinner Thursday night paid for by our Sales Rep. I had a great time and a great meal and managed to stay within calorie target. Plus it is TOM.
