I'm not sure why they call it "pancake syrup" and not just "maple syrup," but I wanted to let you all know I tried this, and I LOVE it! It's got Splenda in it and was the only sugar-free syrup I could find that did NOT have sugar alcohols. I have used it as a normal condiment at breakfast, and I have also used it in recipes in place of honey (used it to lightly sweeten a stir fry earlier this week--YUM!).
