Ok this morning was horrible. I drank a little too much last night (knowing it was a work night I should have been in my pj's cuddled up on the couch but thats another story). So besides the fact that I had a huge hangover when I woke up..It was a Billy Blanks Day! (Tae Bo). OMG! If he didn't break me this morning I don't know what could have! I got through it but holy mother of god did it hurt! I love Billy, thanks for keeping me in line, haha!

I did 60 min of Billy Sat night, but not with a hangover. Oh Billy! I did the advanced dvd and I'm still sore, that guy makes you work. I lost a lb over the weekend and I'm wondering if I can think dear Billy?
