  • + The sun is out and I woke up happy
    + my hair looks nice today, and I think I'm going to get it cut and it will look even better
    + I got a lot of stuff done yesterday
    - My weight is still at 129
    - My skin is still acting up
    + WILL exercise today & feel good afterwards, so help me god
    + tomorrow is Sunday...I kind of like Sundays lately
  • + Have been doing a good job getting workouts in
    - Haven't seen any results on the scale
    - I'm really tired today
    + Been eating a bit better lately
    - I still really want to eat some yummy snacks
    - I have a ton of work to do and I really don't want to do it
  • -have a headache due to being hungover
    +seeing Vagina Monologues tonight!
  • - ate a chocolate peanutbutter brownie (300 cals)
    - had a hypoglycemic scare yesterday
    + worked out 40 mins of cardio
    + went shopping but spent $000
    + went to the grocery store and did spend some $$ but made GOOD choices
    - have a canker sore on the left side of my tounge.
  • + Had a great day yesterday
    + Also got a lot done yesterday
    + Cooked a yummy vegetarian meatloaf
    + I look good in my new clothes!
    - Scale still reads 129
    + Going out to dinner with my family tonight...healthy, great place

    +made some friends on 3fc
    +i've been eating really well
    -my scale is a piece of crap and i need a new one lol
  • - Still can't get a job.
    + Finally started losing weight again after a 4 month plateau.
    + Went to Old Navy yesterday and bought a size smaller jean. Now I'm a size 10!
    +++ Had the best valentine's day ever and I now have a boyfriend.
  • -- I am really hating grad school, and am switching career goals so don't think I want to be in this program anymore, though I also don't really want to drop out at this point.
    + Got in a great workout this morning
    - The scale is going up, though I've been good lately
    + My family came to visit today, haven't seen many of them in a few months
    + Its almost baseball season!
    - I just ate some late night snacks I really should have avoided
  • - didnt go to the gym today
    + ate really healthy, and stayed within my calorie limit (yah)
    - had to work, and go back to school (even tho tomorrow is a holiday
    + got paid well for working
    + made some new friends at work(possibly found new roommates for nxt yr)
    + a cute guy hit on me (in all honesty it was kind of embarassing, but i loved it)

    all in all, a pretty damn good day. now its only 8 and im so tired

  • + met some of my boyfriends friends for the first time today and they liked me!
    - i slipped up today and had mcdonalds for lunch
    + i was good and had a light dinner
    + i got my nails done and they look pretty
    - i think my kitten is sick... he is having diarrhea...
    + my kitten is being cute though and is sleeping on my shoulder purring in my ear
  • + Midterm break=No class today
    - Still have a crapload of work to do
    +++Had an awesome weigh-in this morning
  • + Have the day off and was able to sleep in
    - It's 30 degrees colder than yesterday
    - DH had to work today, I miss him
    + I do have the house to myself, so I can do whatever I want
    - There's barely anything to eat in the house

  • + it's a gorgeous day AND a federal holiday
    - i had to go into work anyway, though (+) not for very long
    + i finished some craft items i had been working on
    + my weigh-in was good
    - soreness in my knee has replaced the soreness in my hip
    + i'm feeling optimistic about my fitness and weight loss goals =)
  • + I got my tax refunds, and we had a pretty fun weekend
    -ate something I shouldn't have yesterday
    + There's no sense in dwelling on it. Today is a new day.
