I was wondering if any one out there is on the numbered plan 1. My sister is trying to do LA and I don't have this info for her. Since I'm on 2 my self. I did notice the "stats" paper with her height and weight on it and it said she'd be on 1.
I'm on Plan 1 - not much food. Without bars, add 1/2 P, 1 V, 1 D and 1 Fat.

where did you find the stats chart?
When I was at my COD the girl left the room for a few minutes for something and left the chart sitting face up on the desk. So I sneeked a peek.
