Grrr.... Despite me saying to myself that I really am in control and I can stop myself sabotaging - I just came home after a good day at work and had chocolate, a huge piece of apple cake, turkish delight.... blurgh!

It's my stupid grandmother, she was just feeding me and I didn't want or need it! I mean I told her last night I was trying to stop having sweet things (especially chocolate) after dinner cas I was getting addicted and it wasn't healthy - and then she bought me a block! Im gonna be sneaky and give it away as a gift tho me thinks
