WW points for a certain recipe?

  • i'm a calorie counter, but have a WW friens that is coming over tonight for Superbowl. Of course, we'll have guy-food too... but I'm also making things for she and I (more healthy). Anyway, I created a fruit dip with low fat neufatchel cheese, fat free yogurt, a banana and apple juice. The calories per 1/8cup serving are only 50 points. How can I figure out how many WW points 1 serving is?

Would you need the complete recipe to figure this out? If so, it's:
    3oz neufatchel cheese
    1/2c fat free vanilla yogurt
    2oz apple juice
    1 banana

402 calories in the whole batch and only 50 calories per 1/8 cup serving.
  • I hope someone gets on soon that has a Complete Food Guide to help you out. I threw mine away in anticipation of the new version and they haven't released them yet. Generally, VERY generally, things are 1 point per 50 calories. Things like fiber can lower a point value and fat can increase it. I'd say 1 maybe 2 points per serving is where you'll end up. Not bad and certainly better than most Super Bowl treats!
  • How many servings in that recipe
  • The whole recipe is 7 points
  • sorry,correction...it is 9 points for the whole recipe
