I'm not sure because of my scale strike. I set a goal of 5 lbs. As of 2 weeks ago, I'd lost the couple I put on over Xmas, plus three more. If I didn't meet my goal, I think I got pretty close. I'll weigh in two weeks and find out if I made my St. V-day goal then.
I didn't set a goal except to lose weight and to eat healthy. I lost 12 pounds on phase 1 during the first 2 weeks of Jan. and haven't lost any since, but have kept the 12 off. I did eat healthy...had a few off plan days but back on plan right after.
I lost about 10.5-11 pounds in January. I would like to lose 5 pounds February, but I am way too loose with the pita bread and high fiber crackers. we'll see.
