I want to make the peanut butter cookies from the p1 recipe thread. The recipe calls for 1 egg. I only have EggBeaters. Will this work?

I would guess yes, as long as they're not the chive flavored ones! Use 1/4 cup to equal one egg.

Or the Southwestern!!! Yes, you can substitute Egg Beaters for whole eggs in any recipe.
