Hey guys! I am a Newbie and Happy to be here. After being diagnosed with PCOS, diabetes, high cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and everything else that comes along with it due to being overweight, I decided that the time is HERE AND NOW! I want to feel and look healthy! If I can help anyone in anyway please ask and let me know. I wish everyone much success on here and look forward to chatting and becoming friends but overall reaching our goals together. You can do it!
Have you visited our "PCOS/Insulin Resistance" forum or "Dieting with Diabetes" areas yet? Both would be great places to start, so you can talk to others with similar obstacles to overcome.
Otherwise, look around and post wherever...can't wait to get to know you better!
Thank you all for your well wishes and congratulations on your achievements also. It is a long road ahead I didn't put this weight on overnight though either but I am glad to find the support here. This is a great group to belong to. It is soooo cold out here and raining. I don't want to go to the gym today but I am going to do it! MUST EXERCISE ...lol Can anyone tell me where to find the PCOS section. I am just learning how to maneuver around here. Hope all is well with all of you ((()))
