  • I weigh-in on Wednesdays, so I will use my 30th Jan weight as my starting point -- 244.8 (When I hit 241.4, I will be half-way to my goal)

    Feb 13 -- 239.6 (-2.6) [0.99%] (less than 1/2 to go)
    Feb 20 -- 235.0 (-4.6) [1.92%]
    Feb 27 -- 233.6 (-1.4) [0.99%]

    Total for the month: -11.2lbs [4.58%]
