HEY GUYS
I have been having a rough time trying to get my metabolsm to accept im on a iet the last few weeks so im shang things up this week. Its gonna be tough as i have 2 essays and presentaion this week but im gonna try REALLY HARD.
I hoing it will shake up my weightloss for valentines day also.
so here are my personal goals
work out 3 times (ever other day) i just done a run around the park, so next one will be tuesday .
eat no more then 1400cals on workout days and no more then 1300 on non work out days
watch carbs, pasta and fat intake. i aways eat food under cals but not nessecirily under allowed fat and carbs.
I will endevour to be in here everyday typing how its going.
if anyone wants to join and set 3 rules for them selves they are more then welcome.
hopefully this time next sunday iwill be reporting a 2lb loss.
