I'm done with the COD. I decided that I'm going to do this on my own. I only have 6-7 more lbs to lose (depending on my morning weigh in). I've got all my meal plans and I'm not using the LA Lites. This message board has been more of an inspiration than weighing in 3 times a week. I learned more from reading the posts than asking the counselor for their input.
My goal is to get below 143. I want to see 142.something. I have been teased a few times getting down to 143 or 143.1 but just can't get past that.
