I have completed ph 1-yehhh!!! me

  • My husband & I finished phrase 1 today. We only lost about 5 lbs each and I'm wondering should we continue with phrase 1 or should we move phrase 2. Maybe it was because we didn't exercise.. Losing 5 lbs was wonderful. I have notice a big change in how we look though, meaybe it was water, but my arms and my bra fat is gone, my clothes fit so much better,.
  • Congrats! Was it easy for you to get all the way through?

  • Well done!
By all means go on to Ph2. Just go slowly. You'll enjoy adding things back, and you'll continue to lose.
  • I start phase II tomorow too and I'm a little nervous about it. Lost 8# on phase I. I have been exercising though. I think it helps alot.
  • Congrats! Like Schmoo said, move slowly on to Phase 2, adding one grain or fruit a week, and you'll continue to lose at a steady rate. Five pounds in two weeks is nothing to snuff at!

  • Congrats!!!!
  • 5 lbs is awesome! I wish I had used a tape measure before I started, because I think the inches lost is way more than the pounds!

Go slowly into P2, as others have said. It's scary at first, but, don't worry, you'll keep losing!!!! I've lost all mine since November 6!

You are right though, exercise helps, and that is my resolution for 2008! GOOD LUCK and stick with it!!!!
  • I did measure my waist before and after phase 1 because I was worried it would all be water weight. I am pleased to tell you that I lost 1 1/2 inches!
  • Thanks Ladies,
It was hard at first, but this website and the wonderful recipes really helped with variety. My 1st phrase 2 meal was baked chicken breast, with brown rice, cooked with roasted red peppers, chicken broth, onions and guyo seasoning. I wanted powdered saffron, but it's too pricey. I haven't been cooking with alot of spices until, I started with SBD. I was very good though. I also had my Yoplait yougrt, which I missed terribly.
  • Pancakes on Phrase 2
I love this site. Does anyone have a recipe for pancakes, I'm craving them really bad. I tried the ones with ricotta cheese, but mine looked like crepes, so i must have did something wrong.
