  • I didn't see a monthly WI thread floating around for this forum, so I figured I'd create one. I know it's halfway through the month but better late than never

    Everybody report in on your WI day, tell us how it went!!


    My WI day is Saturday, came in at 212.8, which is -3.2 from last week.

  • WI this a.m. 169.8 up .6 from last week

    total off 4.8

    that .6 kept me OP today!

  • 1st Weigh In- Wed 1/9/08- 186-->180= 6 lbs lost
    2nd Weigh In- Wed 1/16/08 180-->176 = 4 lbs lost

    10 total lbs in 2 weeks!!!!

    I'm waiting for that plateau or to stop having such big numbers. This is unreal to me!
  • you're off to a great start Paint! When the numbers slow down remember you've already got a big chunk off (so to speak) that's wonderful!

    First weigh in Friday January 18 - lost 2.6 lbs.

    I was a *little* disappointed... was hoping for bigger numbers like Paint's... but I had only been counting Points for 4 days (since Monday) so maybe this week will be better.

    I promised myself at the beginning of this journey that I would be happy with 1 lb per week losses, and so I am patting myself on the back and carrying on!

    My Weigh in was today! Another 6 lbs off. I too am waiting for that Plateau. Dreading it REALLLLLY.

  • My first WI since I left WW for surgery was this past Saturday and I was down 3.2 lb. WOOHOO!!! I had regained 12.4 since August.
  • Hi, I'm new here. My Husband, Daughter and I are going to Weight Watchers doing the flex program.

    1/12 - Hubby - 5
    Daughter 2.2
    Me 2.4

    1/19 Hubby 2.4
    Daughter up .4 (tom)
    Me 6

    All in all, I think we are doing pretty good. It has been way easier with all three of us going, besides, my work is reimbursing.

    1/08---> 169.2 | -5.4 ~~~ 5.4 off
    1/15---> 169.8 | +0.6 ~~~ 4.8 off
    1/22---> 166.6 | -3.2 ~~~ 8.0 off ( weight )

    well i need to be held accountable so here goes just started yesterday with my new way of eating and starting weight was 236 now am 235...hey it is a start right....i have a goal of 135 and hopefully by late summer i can see some real results......like wow results....good luck everyone............cheri
