Has anyone read or tried to follow Skinny Bi**h? tc is missing by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin.
It actually seems like a pretty good book it's a vegan lifestyle and pretty much just eating good. Any opinions tried to do a search but didn't really find anything.

That book was great, I tried to follow it but it did not work out for me. I read the whole book in one night.
