    It builds muscle, which helps increase your metabolism, so you burn more calories even when you're just sitting around, or sleeping, or whatever.

    Make sure you include strength training in your exercise and it'll make a big difference. You'll also look better at goal.

  • My cousin is a very good physical fitness trainer and she agrees that strength training is the best way to go. The more muscle you gain, the less fat you have. Make sure you look into it first though because you don't want to overdo it or else you could injure yourself and no muscle will be formed, completely defeating the entire purpose. Also, eat as many low carb and calorie foods and cut out all sodas. It will come off before you know it! Good luck
