    Just acting on Nicole's idea of having a weigh in thread. Maybe we can all add a post and just edit it with our updated info so that it won't get too big?
  • January 3rd -- 246.6
    January 5th -- 243.3 Take Off
    January 7th -- 245.8 Hmm...did I mention I ate the cake yesterday?
    January10th -- 242.0 Yippie!! Down 3.6 since Monday
    January 14th -- 242.8 Some challenges on wknd, but better by Sun.
    January 21st -- 242.6 Poor decisions late last week, fairly good weekend.
    January 23 -- 242.4 S 0 S L O W T O C O M E O F F ....
    January 28 -- 241.6 Back on track!
  • Great idea! One of my WI days at the COD is Saturday, but I will post my losses on Mondays.

  • I'd like to post to this thread. My center recently closed and I'm determined to reach goal. Unfortunately, the other thread moves too fast for me. I weigh myself first thing every morning without fail but I'll post my weight once a week as though I was going to my center to weigh in.

    January 5- 238.8(retaining water, too much sodium yesterday!)
    January 7- 240.2 (what the heck?!) I was POP all weekend and worked out...
    January 14- 237.4 (I know down from last week but I am up 1.2 from yesterday b/c of TOM... YUCK YUCK YUCK)
    January 21- 236.6 Better than being up!
    January 28- 233.6

    After gaining on the 7th I am down a total of 6.6 lbs!
  • We tried this a couple weeks ago, but I think with a lot of people gone and so many new people here, it kind of faded away...

    They weigh me at least 2 to 3 times a week
    Jan 4, 2008: 195.8
    JAN 7, 2008: 193.4 (-9.6 SINCE DEC 30, 2007)
    Jan 14, 2008 195.4 Gained
    Jan 16, 2008 196.0 Gained again!
    Jan 21, 2008 195.0 (after TO 2)

  • You know I never thought I would tell my weight to anyone, ever! I would have rather eaten glass shards than tell my weight. Heck for about 12 years I did not own a scale and covered my eyes at the doctors office. I seriously had no clue how much I weighed. I though I was around 180 when I went to WW three years ago a dried when my weight was 220.
    Today I weighed in at 179. A solid size 14 and glad to be there!
