Howdy from Alaska! I am a Weight Watcher retread (attended my first meeting in years last night) and have been browsing the web looking for neat websites. Besides 3FC (which is great), I found another one last week that I liked. My problem is I can't access it now. The site says access is forbidden or something like that.

BTW, what do the numbers mean under your name? Does it mean present weight and goal weight?
