  • I got this idea off of another board, but thought it would be a good idea here too!!

    Mine are:
    coffee
    bran flakes
    chunky chicken noodle soup
    low fat black cherry yogurt
    zuchinni

    I eat (and drink) these everyday!!

    Popcorn
    Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
    FiberOne Bars (not every day, but close!)

    Bananas
    Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
    Spinach

    I have these every single day without fail, and wouldn't want to live without them!
  • The only thing I have every day is
    Coffee

    But these I consume at least 4-5 days a week:
    Vanilla almond milk
    Laughing cow cheese
    Popcorn
    Tomato
  • Coffee
    Yoplait Thick and Creamy yogart
    Olives
    Lean Cuisine
    squash soup

    I don't eat these daily except the first 2 but they are my favorite.

    Cheerios (w/skim milk)
    Corn-on-the-cob
    Green beans
    Whole-wheat spaghetti w/ground turkey breast
    Broccoli

  • Awesome thread - these are the things I could not go a day or two without:

    organic apples
    green tea
    olive oil
    chicken
    cucumbers

    Now ask me what my top 5 foods were before starting this plan and YIKES>....

    2. Zucchini/Squash
    3. Cauliflower Soup
    4. Laughing Cow cheese
    5. Fudgesicles
  • Broccoli
    Kale
    Garlic (also leeks, onions etc.)
    Red lentils
    Ground flax
  • 1. nonfat SF yogurt
    2. Special K protein water mix packets
    3. whole grain tortillas
    4. fruit of any kind
    5. cucumbers

    Ditto on that, I don't like the too ripened taste of bananas.

    And these very often:
    • rice crackers (usually with hummus)
    • apples
    • ground turkey breast
  • 1. Green olives.
    2. Bananas ( I agree, I don't like them overly ripe )
    3. Chicken breasts
    4. Cottage Cheese
    5. Honey ( with my chicken )
