  • Well, the scale is finally being to head in a downward turn. Let's hope the numbers are legit on my scale & not a temporary blip....

    FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5

    L:
    Progresso beef barley soup 4/9
    Natural Ovens bagel 2/11
    Steamed cauliflower 0/11

    D:
    1 cup 1% milk 2/13
    Steamed veggies w/a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top 1/14
    Some kind of starch 3/17
    Boca burger on 1 pt bun 2/19

    20 oz so far

    Exercise:
    Treadmill for 3.35 miles/4.3MPH/6% incline/47 minutes/505 calories burned (as Emeril would say, I'm trying to "kick it up a notch" in the exercise dept!

    Been busy, busy, busy and tired, but hanging in there. It is a struggle not to snack to compensate, but it helps being aware of it and I've been trying to control it.
