  • Well done everyone. I haven't been about for a few days and the diet has gone out the window. Back on it today and will weigh in tomorrow. Expecting a gain of 4-5lb.
  • I've put on three. I've been in a mood all week. I'll snap out of it soon hopefully.
  • Well 5lb on, thats over 3wks. Back to the start for the easter challenge for me. Yesterday was my first day back on the diet. So will see what happens at weigh in next week.
