    I guess my goal for january is 300 minutes of some form of exercise. I figure since I've become so fixated on this separation with my boyfriend that I'll make myself walk whenever I start to get down/sad. THat will kick start things I think.

  • Sounds like a nice way to keep track of what we are doing. I am in.

    My goal is 1 mile walking/arobic video in the morning about ( 15 min ), 2 mile walking/arobic video in the evening about ( 30 min) Monday thru Friday. Saturday I food shop for at least 2 hours so I do tons of walking then. I have been told the body needs one day off a week so Sunday will be my day off. Plus resistance training Monday, Wednesday and Friday about ( 40 min each time ). Takes me that long to do the resistance exercises depending on what routine I am doing lol.

  • Wow! This sounds like a great idea!! Count me in! I'm fairly new to this forum, but just happened to come across this, and it sounds good!!
    Does counting my steps taken at work as a nurse count towards that day's exercise?? I own a pedometer that I wear religiously at work... but I wouldn't know how to translate that into minutes worked out a day...
    My personal goal ... 1200 minutes for the month...
    Total = 1305 minutes so far! YAY!! Hit my goal and passed it by almost 100 minutes...!!!
