Sweet Sugarplums

  • Pulse 1 cup of blanched almonds and 3/4 cup each of raisins, dried apricots, chopped dates, and walnuts in a blender or food processor until you have a coarse meal. Add 1/4 cup of water or or juice and pulse until the mixture sticks together. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 24 - 30.

  • Well, I don't tend to go overboard too much with this kind of stuff. Now if there was chocolate in there...
    But they are yummy, so maybe make them small so you can have a couple?
