Heya im Liz

Ive been on another weight loss forum for about 18 months whilst i lost the bulk of my weight (im a mod there), anyway im here now to poke my nose in and say hi - maybe have a chat

Ive lost about 163lb/75kg and im pretty much 50% of what i used to weigh dead on. I have another 10lb to go, but im in no major hurry, its going - just slowley

I do have a lot of excess skin ill have to get surgery, however now ive lost the weight im going through the process of donating a kidney to my older brother. So thats gonna happen in a year or two (they say you should wait that long anyway before doing it)

Since this is my first post i wont link you all the progress images yet, ill do that later or something

hehe yeah i found the body issues one - now thats something ive been needing! nobody else i know seems to understand the weirdness associated.
