  • Hello just stopping in to say hello i have just started a diet last week to get 50 ugly lbs off. so far im down 8lbs woohooo! dieting is verrrry hard for me, but im to the point where i have to lose this extra weight its driving me nuts!

    Have you tried making small changes? This is a good idea for a couple of reasons...one, it is easier to maintain small changes than a "diet" that you can go on and off of...easier to stick to! Two, you get to adjust slowly, also to make it easier to make it stick to.
