Just checking in to say that I am glad that I found this forum. I just joined Pure Weight loss last Monday. I did National Weight loss in 1996 and lost weight however dueto excuses from me because of a car wreck I never reached goal. I was shy of doing that by 10lbs. I know how stupid was I. I have been on lots of diets since then and have lost and gained the same weight plus some everytime. I have had two children and need to loose weight so that I can get pregnant with the third one. I had health problems with my first child due to weight and refuse to go through that again if I can help it.
