No matter where we are in our program... there are always things to be grateful for. Whether your weight is up or down or if you feeling happy or blue - listing your grataitudes is a great thing to do.
Do you have five or so to share? It's a good way to start the day/week.
Mine -
- my winter coat, that I could NOT, snap or zip last year - fits with a little room to spare. WOW - I am so so grateful
- a fun night with friends last night...we went to a different restaurant and then went to a neighborhood with million dollar houses to look at the xmas lights. WOW - they were amazing and beautiful. It's a fun tradition we've had for many years. Each year a different area to look at.
- willingness to try, willingness to get rid of foods in the trash that cause me to eat too much.
- mom's coming over for supper tonight - I am glad she lives near by
- the internet - who knew it would change my life so much
- having a picture of my grandson on the desktop of my computer...LOVE IT.
