    I used to post here years ago, I always come back when I need some reliable information.

    I have bought the above. It is a treadmill BUT it is not motorised, if you don;t walk and make it go, it doesn't.

    I am doing 20 minutes per session, maybe 3 - 4 times per week. It is set at quite an incline as, to be honest, its quite only and I have no idea how to adjust it and so I live with it as it is.


    Can someone "in the know" tell me

    1. do you think that 3 - 4 sessions per week is enough
    2. it it as good for me to do 2 x 10 minutes as 20 minutes straight off
    3. can anyone recommend a reliable pedometer as the ones I have seem to be weigh out.
