Hi, I'm in Northern VA and am struggling with learning new patterns of eating.
My variety of eating disorder is to eat 2,500 in a sitting and then avoid food for days after that, eating less than 500 calories a day. I actually had to journal it to see what I was doing.
My weight never changes, but that's also a problem for me because I'd like to lose about 60 pounds... maybe, never been a lean mean fighting machine so I really don't know what my weight should be.
It's really hard for me to get 1,500 calories a day in consistently because of the habit I've had for many years.
So I'm here to fix my metabolism and then lose weight in a sane and consistent manner! I see a lot of great things happening here so I'm happy to be here!
