  • Okay, so I just want to post my points... I hope to remember to do this every day so I can really see (and so can you) what I am doing.

  • Looks good to me. I am doing the WW Flex Points. Each week I use up all of the exercise points. Last week I "earned" 38 but I couldn't "count" the extra ones because of the "28 per week" rule. I do need the flex points in addition to my daily target points but I am losing steadily(16 lbs in 9 weeks) and firming up so I feel okay with that.

    I will someday be down where you are at. It doesn't look like a lot of food but you didn't say whether you are exercising or how much.

  • I go to the Y once or twice a week, and I try to walk, when weather permits. I don't exercise a whole lot and I never count those points.
