i've been on 3FC for a couple days and really like it so far even though i haven't posted much. i need help staying focused. i have a bad habit of spending the entire evening eating in front of the tv. being on this site keeps me out of the kitchen! i'm determined to finally make it to my goal this time and i hope this helps.
