Monday Planning October 8

  • b-cup of coffee
    l-i'm not sure, staff luncheon at work

  • Case of the Mondays
    B- Banana & Black Coffee
    L-Ham Sandwich & Regular Potato Chips
    D-Chinese Buffett, nuff said

    Hopefully will do either Yoga Booty Ballet or go to Yoga class at gym tonite
  • b - cereal, milk, grapes
    l - subway 6", light chips, light lemonade
    d - rice, italian sausage, veggie mix

    e - I forgot my tennis shoes, so I can't go walk on my lunch but I will get a 30 min. strength workout in....I don't mind going barefoot for that.
  • B - english muffin with peanut butter, grapes
    L - kashi sweet and sour meal, small salad, orange
    S - homemade veggie soup
    D - whole wheat pizza bread, cauliflower/brocolli

    E - 30 min on treadmill
  • B - 1 weetabix and cup of tea
    L - Tuna and mayonnasie sandwhich 1 pack of french fries
    D - small portion oven chips (fries etc) but not sure what to put with it yet x
  • b: bowl of kashi go lean honey almond flax w/ 2% milk
    s: red bellpepper strips
    l: salad of romaine, broccoli, tomatoes, chickpeas and pita chips
    s: handful of almonds
    d: grilled chicken breast, green beans, blackeyed peas
