Morning all! Well, look at me, starting the new chat, not only for the week, but for October!
October is my favourite month of the year - the leaves change and fall (and who COULDN'T feel wonderful kicking through the autumn leaves??) and the air is crisper and just - fresher, somehow
Things are a bit better here for me; I always worry that it won't last, so I am trying to put that worry aside and focus on what IS working, and why... and how I can put what's working into other areas of my life.
On the weight loss front, it has been an odd month. I have only lost 3 pounds in as many weeks, which is a big slow down for me, but at least I am not gaining! The past eight days have seen me stalled entirely, despite eating on plan and exercising (though not exercising as much as I was, which may be part of this issue) - it's ToM now, so I am hoping to drop after that finishes.
I am thinking of you all -and here is my thought for the new week and the new month: TODAY, do something for yourself that you REALLY enjoy. Whether it takes two minutes, or two hours - just do it
