I use to be a healthy weight for my height until I became pregnant with my son. He was born in July, and I'm still 50 pounds over weight (207 and 5'8"). I use to run all the time, and I miss it. I also think it would be an efficient way to get in exercise, since we're so busy with the new baby that it's hard to fit exercise in.
So, my question is....do I need to lose more weight before I begin running again. (I'm going to do the Couch to 5k.) Or, if I start running again, will it be okay, and a quicker way to get back on the weightloss wagon!
