Weekend Planning Sept 29/30

  • ladies i'm not sure what i'm eating today. i want to do a juice fast and 2day and 2morrow are the best days to do it. wish me luck, i need a good cleaning out!

  • b-3 scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, 1 cup oatmeal

    i've got to work all dat today so i'm not sure what i'll be having for lunch or dinner. yesterday was ruined when i made a late night run to burger king! better luck today!

  • Well so far today I've had SoyFlax cereal and coffee. I have a hard time deciding what to eat when I'm at home all day. It's hard to stay structured you know? Think I'll have some soup for lunch- today is cold! I'm also a little worried that I gained the weight I lost this week because I went out two nights in a row and definately drank too much. I need to find fun things to do with my friends that does not involve beer! Trouble is I love it... Oh well I'm going to be diligent this week and will hopefully lose two more lbs.
