Bread find for Phase 2

  • One thing I found missing when I was on Phase 1 was bread for my sandwich at lunch. It's just easier for me to make a sandwich to bring to work than anything else so early in the morning (the lettuce leaves just didn't cut it for me) and I was getting tired of salad).
    When I started Phase 2, I decided the carb I would add back in would be bread. I searched for what I think is a great fit. Here's the info

    Pepperidge Farms very thin sliced whole wheat bread
    Serving size on the package says 3 slices
    (I only use 2 slices, so it would be less)
