  • Alright Ladies.... Exercise Time! *let's get physical.... physical!* ok I'll stop singing!

    Our first flight is:
    Seattle, WA to Key West, FL

    Total flight time: 8 hours and 49 minutes

    Just a few things to remember:
    • Keep track of minutes you exercise.... NOT MILES!
    • Post your minutes ASAP! The next flight depends on it!
    • You can only post 2 hours worth of exercise in one day per one person.
    • You can't stockpile minutes all week
    • You can only post minutes from the day before and the day you are posting!

    ETA: The flight time in minutes is 529 minutes

    ETA #2: You can use Monday Sept 24th's exercise time too!
  • I am so ready for this!! If this is the only way to either place, I will take it!
  • 529 - 35 Min Walking Today = 494
    494 - 45 Min Walking Yesterday = 449
  • 449 - Lucky us! I was at the gym yetserday for 3 hours. I did yoga, 5K training, weight lifting & swimming. 449-120 (since I can only use up to 2 hours a day) =

    329

    I didn't work out yet today. When I go to the gym tonight can I add even more time??
  • 329- 30 minutes walking yesterday

    =299
  • 299-45 minutes of exercise yesterday= 254-60 minutes of exercise today=194

    Hope I did that right, lol.
  • 194 - 30 minutes yesterday = 164

    164- 60 minutes today = 104
  • 104 - 60 minutes yesterday (40 minutes on treadmill and 20 minutes doing TJ)

    = 44
  • 44 - 30 minutes of walking and 15 minutes of stretching!!!!

    EQUALS = we're there!
