This is my first time posting on a weight loss community (although I've been browsing for several days - I'm rather shy, so it took me a while to actually break down and post). I've been overweight all my life and I'm sick of it, so I'm hoping this will help give me the encouragement I need to go further than I have in the past.

I once use to post on a diet chat room and it helped...getting encourgagement from others definitely works.
