Thursday Planning Sept 20

  • still doing my veggie and fruit thing, added eggs and cheese for protein.

    4 eggs scrambled w/1 chppd tomato, cheese and lite ranch
    2 cups celery
    3 tblspn ranch
    1 tomato
    1 half grapefruit
    3 deviled eggs
    2 corn on cobs
    1 cup grapes
    1 cup oj

    this is what i'll be eating over the course of the day

    L: Sandwich (whole wheat bread, ham, mustard), gold fish, something else
    D: Chicken breast, rice, black beans, salsa

    L: Ham sandwich on 40 c. wheat bread with 0 c. honey mustard & 100 c. yogurt
    S: apple
    D: Chicken scalopini
    S: Vitabrownie if I have the calories - I think I will.

    B: 1 1/2 Cup of Grapes
    L: Spinach salad w/kidney beans and FF french
    D: Baked skinless chicken breast, Mustard Greens
    S: Grapefruit (1), 1sv of Wheat Crackers, Apple (1), 1cp Yogurt
    W:100 oz
    Exercise: I'm adding a mile to my walking ...going for 3! & Up 200 Stairs
  • breakfast- 1/2 cup oatmeal (150) with tablespoon honey almond slices (50) and a nf lattee with 1.5 cups nf milk and 1 tbls nf vanilla creamer (165)
    s- cup carrots (40) and tea
    lunch - sandwhich wheat bread plus turkey plus honey mustard (180) maybe a diet coke.

    d- out with friends. probably try to do a salad, dressing on the side and a glass or two of wine. ill get back to you.

    so far 625 cals so ive got about 550 for dinner... not too bad....
