    **edit**
    dinner didn't quite go as planned, instead i had potato surprise and *sigh* a piece of cake and some ice cream, it was only a few spoonfuls of ice cream and a very small piece of cake and i didn't finish either, but still bad i had them period. better day 2morrow.
  • B: 1 Cup Coffee; Dannon Activity Yorgut
    S: Travel mug of coffee with sf non-dairy creamer
    L: Sandwich (Ham, Whole Wheat Bread, FF Cheese, Mustard), Baked BBQ Chips; Plum
    D: Roast, Potato, Carrots
    S: Reduced fat crackers and a small slice of zuchhini bread
  • 7:00 am - 5 mile run

    8:00 am Breakfast - 2 egg omlette with one slice soy & linseed bread with a grilled tomato

    12:15 pm Lunch - Salad (rocket, mixed leaves, butter beans, onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, water chestnuts, cheese, snow peas, celery and lime & corriander dressing

    4:00 pm Snack - Banana

    7:30 pm Dinner - Hoki fish fillet grilled with lemon and cajun spice with side salad similiar to lunch one
