  • My goal is to do this in a "safe" way so I'm really only aiming for 2lbs a week or so... so about 25lbs is my goal (But I'd be thrilled with 30!) Go Red Team!

  • I'm excited to be here and ready to get my butt in gear!!! I'd really like to lose about 25lbs (of course more is even better) as it would be a real boost to be below 250 by the end of the challenge!
