    Sept 9: 30 min bike ride...all I could manage on toast, water and Pepto-bismol!!

    I actually don't think I will make my goal of 1000 minutes but I definately think I get above my Minimum of at least 600; I even think I will be able to swing 900 minutes so we'll see!
