Sept 4: the day got away from me...I took a nap in the afternoon instead of jogging
Sept 5: 40 min Turbo Sculpt, 50 min walk/jog...this time my dh came with me!

Sept 8: nothing...so far. Here's a question for you....what's worse than uncle TOM coming to visit for the weekend??? Cousin 'flu-bug'!!!! It hit me last night on the way home from my friend's place, and I am wiped out today!
I am afraid I will not get much exercise in today....unless I count the trips up and down the stairs to the washroom!! Here's hoping it's the 24 hr visit!
Dea, hope your feeling better. I have gone that route and exercised when not feeling well and wouldn't recommend it. Rest and get better hun, tomorrow is a new day.

Ok im jumping in here a little late, but was hoping i could join!! I really need to find my motivation again with the exercise, without the exercise my eating is so so, and that isnt what I want!!! Ive came to the conclusion that I was getting bored with my exercise routine, so Im going to really jazz it up into something I can keep too, and change it each week - this is this weeks plan:
Monday 10 Sept: 10 minutes stepper and 20 minutes bike 30 minutes swim (1 hour) DONE!
Tuesday 11 Sept: 45-60 minutes aerobics
Wednesday: 60 minutes gym
Thursday: 1 hour aqua aerobics
Friday: walk or pilates 60 minutes
