Meetings Make you Lose Faster???

  • I don't think so!!! Down 31 lbs. in 11 weeks all done at home and all done on various Weight Watcgers Plans. I also rotate Plans and that has saved my beeeeehind. No food boredom, no cheating at all! I started on June 12th, a Tuesday and not letting go, no way, no how!!!

    I too was a fan of the Freedom Plan and only have scraps of the plan from back in the day. Can you tell me what the serving sizes are for the breads and proteins? I think I remember them to be a serving of bread is like one slice and a serving of protein is 1 ounce?
